PADRE accommodates all the data you need to keep your parishioner information complete and up-to-date.

PADRE handles the various registers and sacramental information history of members.
The system contains prompts and guidance for users as information is entered.
This ensures that information is correctly structured when entered into the system without hampering efficiency.
Certificates and notifications can be electronically sent, printed directly from the system or exported for use in other applications.

GIVING ›
Collections in the form of cash envelopes, credit cards, direct debit and cheque donations are managed securely and accurately using the Giving module.
PADRE has focussed on making collection data entry fast and efficient. The verification feature also makes using the giving module easy and accurate.
Flexible re-allocation of envelopes and on-demand financial reporting for tax and other purposes makes PADRE a powerful giver management tool.

MINISTRIES AND GROUPS ›
PADRE caters for all standard and customised local ministry information.
The Groups functionality allows users to create, allocate and manage parish groups as required.
Membership is easily managed to simplify the day-to-day functioning of these groups.
The active and inactive functionality allows for retention of information without cluttering the everyday use of the system.

REPORTS ›
PADRE’s powerful reporting module makes it easy for users to create, save and securely share reports.
A standard set of ‘often used’ reports as well as a step-by-step ‘report wizard’ means that monitoring and sharing information has never been easier.
Reports can be generated directly into MS Word (as tables or mail merged) or exported to Excel for external use.
